Quality Assurance

Quality is everything, no quality means no future. This is our guideline forever.

All of our shirts will be processed the detailed inspection one by one before packing, included the measurements, cutting, sewing, ironing …..etc. We also assign some QC for all sections in shop-floor. We have another QA team to handle the incoming raw materials. All materials must be inspected by them before release to shop-floor.

Our QA teams have well experienced in shirt fabrication. We provide the additional training for all QC members before report duty, and let them to know ’What’ and ’How’ about the requirement of our customers. For the past years, we are able to keep the lowest reject rate for less than one percent.
