Fabrication

PresentWorks is Shirt Master, and one of leading producer in shirt market. Our shirt pattern is created by Gerber Program System. As a fine shirt maker, we only use the single needle sewing with eighteen stitching as minimum. We also only use the top fuse for collar, cuffs and placket.

With over ninety percent experienced workers in our shop floor, we have setup the fabrication procedure for all sections to make the shirts. All members in factory must follow it strictly with no choice, that’s the reason that we are able to maintain our shirts in high quality level.

For the buttons, accessories and packing, we have well sourced the reliable suppliers in Hong Kong and Guangdong. We work with them for more than 10 years. Even our quality requirement is very high, but they are happy to work with us and keep the good relationship in between.
